Delete my PLAMFE account

You can delete your account at any time. This cannot be undone.

In the app: More → Settings → Delete my account.
On this page: enter your account email and we will send you a confirmation code.

What is deleted

• Your identity and contact details: first name, last name, email, phone.
• Your profile: company, sector, bio, photo.
• Your listing in the directory and all your contact requests.
• All your sessions: you are signed out everywhere.

What is kept

Your membership fee payments are kept for our accounting obligations, but anonymised: they are no longer linked to any personal data. Messages sent to support are kept without your identity.
